Villa Berrette, is air-conditioned, child-friendly, and dog-friendly. It features a heatable private pool that is 11 by 5 meters in size, a flat and fenced property with a playground, three terraces (two of which are covered), sun loungers, an outdoor dining table, a well-equipped kitchen, a beautifully furnished living room with two seating areas, one for watching television, a guest toilet, and on the upper floor, there are four air-conditioned bedrooms and three bathrooms. The villa is located within walking distance of the village of Castillon-du-Gard, which is centrally located, halfway between Avignon and Nîmes, and close to the famous Roman aqueduct, the Pont du Gard.
The property is ideal for families with children and dogs as it is fully enclosed and has a playground where kids can have fun while parents relax by the pool or on the sun loungers. The villa has three terraces, two of which are covered, providing ample space for outdoor dining or relaxing with a book.
The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your family and friends, and the living room is beautifully furnished with comfortable seating for everyone. One seating area is dedicated to watching television, making it an ideal space for movie nights or relaxing with your favorite show.
The villa has four air-conditioned bedrooms and three bathrooms, providing plenty of space for up to eight guests. Each bedroom is comfortably furnished and has its own air conditioning unit, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep during the hot summer months.
Castillon-du-Gard is just 1km away, providing easy access to shops, restaurants, and other amenities. The villa is also close to the famous Pont du Gard, a Roman aqueduct that is over 2,000 years old and is a UNESCO World Heritage site. The area around the villa is perfect for cycling and hiking, and there are several trails that lead to the river Gardon, where you can enjoy kayaking and other water activities. A beautiful 9-hole golf course is also located in the nearby town of Uzès, just 15km away.

The location is quiet in a small villa domain. Castillon-du-Gard is at 1km and known for its medieval houses and narrow streets., not to mention; delicious restaurants. Castillon is centrally located, halfway between Avignon and Nîmes and close to the famous Roman aqueduct, the Pont du Gard. In the immediate vicinity there are excellent cycling and walking opportunities. Canoeing can be done on the river Gardon (1900m) and at Uzès there is a beautiful 9-hole golf course (15km).

Although we assume that we will all be able to travel to the South of France from mid-May (Covid-19 doesn't like the sun, we do), we do have a Plan B.
If 1 week before the date of arrival there is a negative travel advice, either to travel or to arrive
or if there is a quarantine requirement on arrival or return, then we offer the following:
Stay planned before 12 June 2021
You may choose to postpone your stay and stay at the villa later in the season.
You can choose not to go this year and reserve a period for the 2022 season.
You can also choose a voucher. Ideal if you do not yet know exactly when you want to go on holiday next year. The amount of the deposit (35%) becomes the voucher amount. If you have already paid the balance, it will be refunded to you.
In some cases and after consultation, you can cancel a villa, for which a fee of €250 will be charged.
Planned stays between 12 June 2021 and 28 August 2021.
You may choose to postpone your stay and stay at the villa later in the season.
You can choose not to go this year and book a period for the 2022 season.
