Cancellation policy
Special cancellation conditions for Covid-19:
Dear Holidaymaker,
Although we assume that we will all be able to travel to the South of France from mid-May (Covid-19 doesn't like the sun, we do), we do have a Plan B.
If 1 week before the date of arrival there is a negative travel advice, either to travel or to arrive
or if there is a quarantine requirement on arrival or return, then we offer the following:
Stay planned before 12 June 2021
You may choose to postpone your stay and stay at the villa later in the season.
You can choose not to go this year and reserve a period for the 2022 season.
You can also choose a voucher. Ideal if you do not yet know exactly when you want to go on holiday next year. The amount of the deposit (35%) becomes the voucher amount. If you have already paid the balance, it will be refunded to you.
In some cases and after consultation, you can cancel a villa, for which a fee of €250 will be charged.
Planned stays between 12 June 2021 and 28 August 2021.
You may choose to postpone your stay and stay at the villa later in the season.
You can choose not to go this year and book a period for the 2022 season.
You can also choose a voucher. Ideal if you do not yet know exactly when you want to go on holiday next year. The amount of the deposit (35%) becomes the voucher amount. If you have already paid the balance, it will be refunded to you.
In some cases and after consultation, you can cancel a villa, for which a fee of €500 will be charged.

You may decide to postpone your stay and stay at the villa later in the season.

As we work with villas owned by private individuals, it may be that one villa has different conditions to another. Please ask us about the villa of your choice.

If you or a travel companion become ill, whether related to Covid-19 or not, you can cancel with your regular cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
This villa is situated on a lagoon of the sea and at 2,5 km from the sandy beaches to which you can walk or cycle via specially laid out routes. At 1 km you will find the picturesque village of Marseillan with a port flanked by terraces and restaurants. You can walk straight to it. The weekly market is a feast and at the port is a sailing school.

This means that most homes, mostly villas, are equipped with all conveniences, such as a luxury kitchen and a private swimming pool. But it can also be houses with an exceptional view or a unique location.
The accommodations have been personally visited by us. In every home we have looked around extensively and we stand one hundred percent for what is promised. Because Villa Vakantiewoningen is on a small scale we can give our clients a lot of personal attention. We consider quality and unburdening to be very important for both tenants and homeowners.
