Newly remodeled in 2023, this house is nestled in the heart of Tramin. Exclusive apartments, furnished with great attention to detail and tradition, yet equipped with all modern comforts. Air conditioning, box-spring beds, infrared cabin, freestanding bathtub, loggia, and covered parking space. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach the center of Tramin, which invites you to stroll and linger with its small shops, restaurants, and ice cream parlors.
At the covered parking space, there is the possibility to park your bicycles and there are ample charging options for e-bikes.
Our apartment is furnished in a special mix of modern and old, antique furniture, and offers every comfort. It has been a labor of love for the owner to prepare the parental home for guests with a special taste.

Tramin offers a variety of leisure activities and is an ideal starting point for trips to the Dolomites, to Verona, or to Lake Garda.
Tramin, a quaint wine village in the South Tyrolean Lowlands, nestled among vineyards, is the perfect starting point for hiking and bike tours. The nearby Lake Caldaro beckons all water enthusiasts. Excursions to the Dolomites or Lake Garda are definitely recommended: these noteworthy destinations are less than an hour's drive away. Tramin offers plenty of entertainment for all sports enthusiasts: tennis courts, an adventure outdoor pool, bowling alleys, bocce courts, and much more.
Coming from the A22 motorway, head towards the center of Tramin, stay on the Wine Road until you reach house number 41 on the left side.
