We are in a rural location on the island of Hvar, surrounded by nature, situated on a hill with breathtaking views of the sea and neighboring islands.
There is a beautiful natural beach accessed via a 250m walk through ancient vineyards and olive groves.
Our nearest neighbor is 200 m away and the village of Gromin Dolac (4 inhabitants) just a little further, so you need look no further for a peaceful and tranquil holiday.
Nearby Zavala has a shop, bakery and fruit seller.
Traveling by car is recommended as Falcon View is located in a remote area of the island of Hvar, 3 km from Zavala on a dirt road.
Due to the nature of the drive, four-wheel drive is best but not essential and cars with very low ground clearance may have problems.

With my husband, who is Greek from South Africa, we were looking for a place where our cultures could connect. And we found exactly such a place of intermingling of Slavs and Mediterranean culture on the island of Hvar in Croatia. Here we decided to purchase and subsequently renovate 250-year-old ruins of stone houses in olive groves and vineyards. And a bonus: with an uninterrupted 180-degree view of the Adriatic Sea.
