Wir waren 2 Wochen in dem Apartment und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, das Apartment wohnlich und gut ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr sauber, Wäschewechsel hat nach einer Woche stattgefunden, auch war es möglich, eine Zwischenreinigung für 15€ Zu buchen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war exzellent . Wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Dafür noch ein herzliches Dankeschön an Vanessa. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Die Aufmerksamkeit der Vermietungsargentur war überragend . Kühlschrank war bei Ankunft mit verschiedensten Getränken gefüllt, das Appartement war sehr sauber,Hygiene wurde super umgesetzt. Die Vermieterin hat nicht nur einmal nach dem Wohlergehen gefragt, sie gab auch gute Ausflugstipps und hat einen preiswerten Mietwagen organisiert und für den Transfer zum Flughafen gesorgt. Die Lage zu Einlaufsmöglichkeiten , Restaurants und Strand ist fussläufig. Das einzige, was am Anfang irritiert hat, war die Lage des Schlafzimmers, durch das man nach dem Eingang zum Rest der Wohnung durchgehen musste. Aber kein Problem!!

The property had been fairly recently renovated and so was bright, clean and comfortable. It was in a fantastic location, very close to the beach, promenade, shops and restaurants. I Whats app the owners a couple of times to ask questions and their replies were almost immediate. It had a lovely pool and sunbathing area which was always very quiet. Although not promised, some soap and shower gel would have been appreciated. I found the lock on the patio doors difficult to operate at first so some instructions would have been handy.

ons verblijf in Las Flores 1 was onvergetelijk; het appartement was pas gerenoveerd en zeer comfortabel; het uitzicht vanop ons terras was verbluffend: we keken, temidden een bloemenpracht, uit op de zee en de duinen van maspalomas; het zwembad lag vlak onder ons, en wegens de kalme periode (juni en covid) waren we er meestal heel alleen; het appartement ligt op 30 m van de wandelpromenade en de zee; de eigenares Liliana was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam; we hebben er een prachtige vakantie doorgebracht
