The farmhouse of +/- 250 m² is situated on a 6000 m² grounds, including 1000 m² of land in front of the house and 4000 m² around the heated fenced swimming pool.

Parking for 6 cars, entirely enclosed property, electrically controlled entrance gate with access code.
Private heated and fenced swimming pool: Pool size : 13 m x 5 m, depth 1m20 - 1m90 with wide steps. Poolhouse, shower, WC, gazebo, 10 sunbeds.
The owners live in an independent house on the same property. Garden and swimming pool are fully private for the holidaymakers.

Moulin de Souchières, a former water mill now renovated into a charming stone holiday home is situated in the countryside of Entraigues sur la Sorgue, about 2 km from the village's centre with all convenience stores.
