If the tenant cancels the rental agreement, the following amounts must be paid to the landlord: a) For cancellation up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price. b) For cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) up to 28 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price. c) For cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) up to the day before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price. d) For cancellation on the day of the rental start or later: the full rental price.

Holiday destination

The house is located in a quiet holiday park, about 1 km from the beach. The park features a small, cozy restaurant with a sunny terrace. At a distance of 500 m, there are modern bowling alleys, and at 400 m, a swimming pool and a 9-hole golf course with "driving range on water." Additionally, there is a MiniFunGolf course where everyone can play. In the town, you'll find everything your heart desires: numerous shops, supermarkets (including Aldi and Lidl), a fish shop, cafes, restaurants, a tennis court, mini-golf, and a sports school. The cozy beach pavilion is open all year round. About 6 km away in Den Helder, there are many attractions: among others, the Lifeboat Museum, the Navy Museum, a children's play paradise, a bowling center, a cinema, a Japanese garden, and Fort Kijkduin with a North Sea aquarium. In the summer, various markets and different events take place.

Getting there

From Alkmaar: Follow the N9 towards Den Helder until you reach the Julianadorp exit (after Julianadorp-Zuid). Follow Schoolweg. After the De Riepel shopping center (on the right), turn right at the intersection and then immediately left: Follow Van Foreestweg towards the dunes. About 400 m after the roundabout, you will see the De Keizerskroon complex on the left (small red bridge).
