Villa Lord is a newly built villa, near the town of Rovinj, but thanks to its location offers complete privacy and peace.

Villa is situated on a large piece of land. Surrounded by forests. The house has a large pool and a covered terrace with dining table and fireplace. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. In the common area there is a kitchen, dining room and living room with sofa, TV .
The kitchen is fully equipped. At your service are: beach chairs, towels, bed linen, wi-fi, use of air conditioning, parking for 3 cars.

Rovinj is a city located 40 km north of the city of Pula with its old city centre,
The restaurants,market,bars,are 1km from the Villa.
Rovinj is placed on the western part of the Istrian peninsula, north of the Lim channel. It is not only a romantic city with narrow streets and Mediterranean houses, here you can also see the rugged coastline with 14 little islands.

Getting there

The best way to come here is by car - only 7 km far is exit Okreti on the fast hughway "Istrian Y". Anyway, you need the car for everyday trips all around the Istrian Innland. Also, you can travel by plane - Pula airport (PUY) is 39 km far. But, in that case, you need to hire the car.

Wir hatten bei Claudia und Alex einen wunderschönen erholsamen Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie. Das Haus ist wirklich perfekt eingerichtet. Die Lage sehr schön. Diese absolute Ruhe war ein Traum und Claudia und Alex ein absolut sympathisches, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereite Paar. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
