Cancellation policy
If you do cancel you will have to pay cancellation charges. The amount you pay depends on the date we have been informed of the cancellation in writing. The following cancellation charges apply: If you wish to cancel your booking always the 30% of total cost is not refundable. Within 30 days prior to arrival date amount is not refundable.
Lovely Istria recommends buying the Trip cancellation insurance in cooperation with Uniqa d.d. insurance during the rent reservation. In case of booking cancellation, the guest claims the reimbursement of the funds in accordance with the terms of Uniqa d.d. insurance policies, directly from the insurance company.
Lovely Istria will provide all of the necessary documentation upon the insurance company's request for the needs of processing of the claim for the damage compensation.

Holiday destination
Vodnjan is just a 10 minutes’ drive away from Pula, the city in Istria that’s in every Croatian tourist map. Vodnjan is a town that was founded during the Roman rule and that today has a medieval appearance with many interesting palaces dating way back from the 14th century. The church of st. Blaise holds records in many categories; it’s the main tourist attraction of Vodnjan, the biggest church in Istria with the tallest tower and holds the largest sacral collection in Istria including the Vodnjan mummies. Vodnjan is also known for its shepherds’ little stone houses (kažuns) in the surrounding area, where around 3000 of them can be found.

The house is absolutely fantastic. It has everything you need, and if you are missing anything, the owners are very helpful and will get it for you. Great private pool area, fully equipped kitchen, four very nice bedrooms with aircon and wc/bath. Very modern and stylish. Outdoor barbecue, dining area, and lounge. Large supermarkets are within walking distance. The only thing we were missing was a few bikes, but not a complaint at all.

Wir haben die Wohnung im Juli für 14 Tage angemietet. Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Das ganze Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt. Die Wohnung Modern eingerichtet und mit allen was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Lage ist Perfekt. Kein Autoverkehr, da das Haus am Ende einer Sackgasse steht. Geschäfte und das Meer sind trotz der ruhigen Lage nur ein paar hundert Meter entfernt und die Promenade kann man zu Fuß in 10 min erreichen. Wir wurden von Darko und seiner Frau herzlich aufgenommen und den ganzen Urlaub über mit selbst gebackenen Kuchen, Schnaps und einem Grillabend verwöhnt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder dort Urlaub machen und freuen uns jetzt schon darauf.
