Because of its position it is the ideal vacation home for those who want a relaxing vacation without confusion, but still convenient to walk to the sea; in front of the house in fact there is the sea with the first bays of rocks, 500 meters further the beach resort Ancora, another 500 meters the beach Gabbiano in front of the hotel Roccaruja and a little further the paradise of the beach Pelosa and the beach Pelosetta. In the immediate vicinity of the house there is also a bus stop that accompanies the characteristic village of Stintino and the beaches, even the most distant, of the area of Stintino.
