The newly completed "Lichthuys" at the beginning of 2023 is located in the heart of Cadzand-Bad, close to the marina, dunes, and beach. This beautiful apartment is situated on the second floor, offering partial sea views from the windows. Shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, with the bakery right next door. The apartment has one bedroom and a private bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower and is suitable for 2 adults.
Layout: You enter from the hall into the lovely living room with an open kitchen equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and 5-burner gas stove. The bedroom is furnished with electrically adjustable Auping beds with Maestro mattresses of the highest quality. The luxurious bathroom features a bathtub, a walk-in shower, and a sink. There is a separate toilet in the hall. In the storage room, there is a washer/dryer combo.
The apartment is very luxuriously equipped with a flat-screen smart TV in the living room and a smaller TV in the bedroom. Internet is available for free.
The apartment comes with a parking space on a private property behind the building. There is also a storage room where you can securely store your bicycles. Of course, the Lichthuys has an elevator and a staircase.
The apartment can be rented per week, during the week, or on weekends. In the high season (July-August), it is only available for weekly rental with Saturday as the check-in and check-out day. Outside of the high season, check-in and check-out days can be Monday, Friday, or Saturday. Other days upon request.

This lovely apartment is located in the center of Cadzand-Bad right on the beach promenade, just 100 meters from the beach, the sea, and the shopping arcade.
Cadzand-Bad is a modern seaside resort at the southern tip of the Netherlands in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. The resort is known for its spacious wide beaches, the shark teeth found there, and as the place in the Netherlands with the most sunshine hours per year for sun worshippers.
Arrival on Monday, Friday, and Saturday from 3:00 PM. Departure at 10:00 AM.
During the high season, weekly rentals are only possible with Saturday as a fixed changeover day.

If the tenant cancels their lease for any reason, and there is no cancellation insurance, then the tenant is obliged to pay the landlord compensation equal to the rental amount or a part of the rental amount. From the time of booking up to six weeks before the start of the rental period, we will charge you 45%. From the sixth week before the start of the rental period up to the second week before the start of the rental period, we will charge you 75%. From 2 weeks before the start date, 100% will be charged. You will also pay €25 in administrative fees. In the event of a cancellation on our part, the money already paid will be refunded.
