Das Ferienhaus liegt im Stadtteil Westerheide von List/Sylt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig. Es ist alles vorhanden. Voll eingerichtete Küche mit Kühl/Gefrierschrank, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Induktionskochfeld, Waschtrockner, Geschirrspüler, Dunstabzugshaube und diverse Kleingeräte. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass die Hauptstraße List-Westerland ca. 100 m vom Haus entfernt verläuft und man doch den Verkehrslärm (insbesondere im Schlafzimmer im 1. OG bei geöffnetem Fenster) deutlich hört.
Die Vermietagentur Clausen ist sehr kompetent und war jederzeit (wenn kleinere Problemchen auftauchten) erreichbar und hat sofortige Abhilfe veranlasst. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Es war ein super Urlaub für uns!
Nachfolgend hierzu ein paar Auszüge:
- tolle, exklusive Unterkunft
- es fehlt an nichts
- gute Lage und Erreichbarkeit
- Bushaltestelle und Briefkasten direkt vor Ort
- nicht einsehbarer Garten mit tollen Möbeln
- gut für Familien mit Hund, da abgeschlossener Garten
- Strand zu Fuß in 5 min erreichbar
- Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 min mit Auto erreichbar
- ideal für Selbstversorger
- Brötchen- und Zeitungsservice funktionierte 1A
Einem erneuten Urlaub hier steht nichts im Wege.
