You are surrounded by nature. The pool (8×3.5 m, for your private use) offers you the chance to relax and cool off. In the evening, you can enjoy the magnificent sunset over the village and its surroundings under the arbor. For your barbecue evenings, a barbecue is at your disposal. The surrounding trees provide you with an oasis of peace and freshness.

A cozy living room invites you to play games or watch TV. The kitchen is separate and well-equipped. It has direct access to an arbor, which is protected from the sun by a grapevine. The house accommodates 4 people in 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds.

The house is a 15-minute walk from the famous Colorado Provençal, where you can go hiking, best done early in the morning to avoid the intense heat.
The house is ideal for a family with 2 adults and 2 or 3 children. It is more difficult to accommodate 4 adults as one of the bedrooms is small.
Caseneuve is the village closest to your house. The village sits peacefully on a small hill and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. Just a few kilometers from the town of Apt (and its amenities), you can enjoy the tranquility of this green nature that has managed to remain authentic.

In the event of a cancellation, Coquelicot charges a fee, which is 30% of the total rental amount up to 6 weeks before the occupancy date, and thereafter 100% of the total rental amount. If we manage to rent the property during the period you initially booked after receiving the cancellation notice, the fee in the latter case is reduced to 50%. These costs can be covered by travel cancellation insurance if desired.
