Soweit ist die Wohnung Okay und die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut. Restaurants, Oststrandpromenade, Supermarkt und Bäcker sind Fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Fernseher hat keinen Anschluss für einen TV-Stick, so dass Netflix, Disney und Co. nicht funktionieren. Das ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß und, gerade im Winter, sehr schade.
Einiges in der Wohnung müsste erneuert oder in Ordnung gebracht werden. Z.B. wackeln die Beine des Couchtisches, so dass man ihn besser nicht verschiebt. Die Küchenstühle wackeln auch. In der Dusche gibt es keine Ablage. Was der Beschreibung auch nicht zu entnehmen war: beide Toiletten sind im Kellergeschoß, Wohnzimmer, Küche und ein Schlafzimmer aber auf der Ebene des Wohnzimmers. Treppen sind also nicht zu vermeiden.

Das Appartement war sauber und entsprach unseren Vorstellungen!die zentrale Lage war auch optimal.leider vermissten wir infomaterial . Wo z. B wird der MÜLL entsorgt..Auch die Gartenmöbel waren schon sehr verwittert und man hat sich mit ungutem Gefühl auf sie gesetzt !
