- From 89 to 60 days before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit paid will be retained;

- From 29 days to the arrival date (or no-show) 100% of the rental amount. *

This is a small paradise, ideal for relaxing holidays away from crowds, noises and the city traffic. Perfectly suitable for families or groups of friends willing to enjoy the sea without moving around.
