Finca Sa Plana is a cozy and tranquil property. In less than 5 minutes, you can be at the beach. It's ideal for enjoying peace and relaxation. The house features a private, heated pool, a large garden where children can play, and a veranda with a barbecue and dining area for cozy evenings with friends or family.
There are a total of three bedrooms. One is equipped with a double bed, and the others each have two single beds and wardrobes. From every bedroom, you have a view of the garden and the pool.
The air-conditioned living room has direct access to the pool and terrace, as well as to the dining room, which is set up for 6 people. Satellite TV and a sound system are also available in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. From the kitchen, you can access a small covered terrace where the washing machine and drying area are located.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Also, 4 bicycles are at your disposal free of charge, and if you need more, just ask!

Sa Plana Finca is located near Cala Bona, one of the most attractive areas for tourism. You can reach the nearest beach within a ten-minute walk. In addition to cultural excursions to nearby villages, in Manacor you have the opportunity to visit some wooden bead factories, or explore the Dragon Caves in Porto Cristo. For transportation, you can take the public bus or you can also take the train from Manacor to Palma. The journey passes through many charming villages. Although the finca is situated in a quiet area, it's only a few minutes to the beach and the tourist centers of the island. The golf courses of Son Servera or Pula can be reached in about 5 minutes.

§ 4 Cancellation and Termination of Stay
If the tenant cancels the contract before the start of the rental period, without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions and if re-renting is not possible, the deposit will be retained and the following proportional rents will be charged as compensation:
Cancellation:
- up to 90 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price
- up to 60 days before the start of the rental: 55% of the rental price
- up to 30 days before the start of the rental: 75% of the rental price
- from 29 days before the start of the rental: 100% of the rental price
- in case of no-show without cancellation: 100% of the rental price
The landlord will attempt to re-rent the property.
The tenant can at any time prove that the landlord's loss is less.
If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price.
A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The decisive date is the day the statement is received by the landlord.
In case of cancellation before the start of the rental, a processing fee of 100 € will be charged, which will be offset against the deposit if applicable.
It is strongly recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.
