The house is surrounded by a garden and has a south-west terrace with BBQ area and 2 balconies. The holiday home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet. 3 bedrooms feature a spacious king size bed, one of them an additional sofa bed. The 4th bedroom features a 1.40 meter wide bed. A spacious living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a further dining table are located on the ground floor. You rent the complete holiday house with cellar incl. laundry room, which is accessible via an outside staircase. There are 2 TV-flats, WLAN, 2 car parking spaces and much more.

You reach the center of Grainau with shopping facilities, the Badersee lake, the Zugspitzbad Grainau with indoor and outdoor pool, sauna and fitness center, the spa gardens, cross-country skiing tracks (partly illuminated at night) as well as hiking and cycling paths within 5-15 minutes by foot.
The holiday home "Josefa" is in Grainau directly on the way to the valley station of the Zugspitzbahn and the Eibsee. You can reach both in 5 minutes by car or by local bus. Hiking trails are in the very close.
Next bus stop - 20 m, bakery 1.3 km and butcher - 850 m, tourist infrmation, spa hotel and swimming pool - 1.5 km, Eibsee and valley station of the Zugspitzbahn - 3.3 km, Grainau train station - 2 km, Garmisch-Partenkirchen train station - 7.5 km
Alle Wege führen im "3-Länder-Eck" zwischen Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz direkt nach Grainau. Vielleicht nicht alle, aber doch überraschend viele. Die hervorragende Autobahnanbindung, mehrere Flughäfen in direkter Nähe und sehr gute Bahnverbindungen sorgen dafür, dass bereits die Anreise entspannt ist.

1. Gleichwohl ist der Vermieter bemüht, das Mietobjekt anderweitig zu vermieten.
2. Reist der Mieter verspätet an oder bricht den Aufenthalt vorzeitig ab, bleibt er zur Zahlung des vollen Mietpreises verpflichtet.
3. Eine Stornierung bzw. Kündigung kann nur schriftlich erfolgen.
