The 2-room apartment faces the southwest, bedroom and bathroom each have windows to the west. The fitted kitchen with adjoining dining area is open to the living room. On the balcony you can enjoy a wide view of the mountains, the bedroom is furnished with a box-spring double bed (two pocket-spring mattresses measuring 90 x 200 cm), a spacious wardrobe and an antique secretary.
The modern bathroom is equipped with an open glass shower with a very low entry and high-quality sanitary ware. A set of towels and a bath mat are provided for your stay.
There are parking spaces in the courtyard of the property, which you can use free of charge if required. There are also bike racks here.
The location of the apartment is ideal for a holiday without a car - for hiking, cycling or exploring the area by public transport, including Austria. You are fast and uncomplicated in Munich or Innsbruck.

Explore Murnau's pedestrian zone with shops, restaurants, art and culture. Or enjoy the Staffelsee with a swim, rent a rowing boat - or ride a bike on the many designated cycle paths. The area up to and including Oberammergau, Bad Kohlgrub and Garmisch-Partenkirchen is also very suitable for hiking.
Anreise per Bahn: Vom Bahnhof erreichen Sie unsere 500 m entfernte Wohnung zu Fuß in ca. 6 Minuten.
Anreise per Auto: Von München (AB-Abfahrt Sindelsdorf) kommend, erreichen Sie Murnau über die B2 Weilheimer Straße, die Sie bis zum Ende fahren. An der Ampelkreuzung biegen Sie rechts in die Reschstraße ein. An deren Ende (nach ca. 350 m) biegen Sie nach links in die Kellerstraße ein. Hier biegen Sie bitte sofort wieder links ab in die Bahnhofstraße. Nach wenigen Metern (ca. 120 m) sehen Sie rechts den öffentlichen Parkplatz, direkt vor diesem biegen Sie rechts in die kleine Straße ein - den Ödon Horvath Weg. An der Mündung biegen Sie wiederum nach rechts ab, um gleich darauf durch die zweite Hofeinfahrt rechts auf den Hof unserer Wohnanlage (Bahnhofstraße 19) zu gelangen. Ihren Wagen können Sie hier im Hof abstellen.
