Cozy holiday apartment for rent on the Baltic Sea in the city of Kołobrzeg (Kołobrzeg, Poland) in the city center. New, modern, bright rooms on the 7th floor with a good view and plenty of space for 4 people. Fully equipped kitchen, sunny terrace with sun loungers.

Keys can be picked up at the local office at Jedności Narodowej 22a Street, Kołobrzeg, Poland.
Check-in possible from 3 p.m. Check out by 11am.
When making a reservation, a 25% deposit is required within 3 days.

Panoramic view of the city center. 7 floor with a wonderful terrace. A parking space in the underground car park is included in the price.
NEW: A new pool and sauna facility was opened directly in the house. Admission costs 40 zlotys (approx. €9.50) per person.

Schöne Terrasse & Pool, gerne wieder

Die Ausstattung ist top, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Besonders schön war die große Terrasse mit Sonnenliegen. Highlight für Kinder war natürlich Pool im Haus. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Eine kleine Infomappe mit Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung wäre hilfreich gewesen. Ansonsten gerne wieder.

Positive Punkte: alles in der Nähe, Parkplatz direkt im Untergeschoss. Super Terrasse, gut vor dem Wind geschützt. In der Wohnung alles da, was man braucht, sogar Trockner. Alles sehr sauber. So wie es sein muss.
Verbesserungswürdig: wir haben keine deutsche TV Sender gefunden, nur polnische. Smart TV mit YouTube war aber eine gute Alternative.
Gerne mal wieder!
