Our settlement Up Süderdün is a quiet residential area on Norderney with well-kept single-family and semi-detached houses.
The West beach with the popular pirate playground and climbing park is within walking distance. The Children and Youth Game Park "Cape Horn" is just around the corner.
A super and an Edeka market are located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The center can be reached in about 8 minutes.
Getting there
Our apartment is located between the ferry pier and the town center. Wonderful to walk (about 8 minutes) or to reach by taxi.

Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend, Fragen werden persönlich oder rasch durch Email beantwortet, die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, die Kinder haben sich gern mit der Spielesammlung beschäftigt, sehr gerne kommen wir wieder

In der Wohnung war einfach alles vorhanden, was man brauchte; sie war einwandfrei eingerichtet, moderne Küche, top Badezimmer. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sehr freundlich und hat sich um unser Wohl sehr interessiert. Alles sehr unkompliziert! Die Lage fanden wir für uns perfekt, abseits vom Trubel der Stadt, fußläufig zum Hafen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
