The luxury and contemporary architectural design of Villa Andoris, with 300 sqm of living area, is perched above Duce village on a 610 sqm fenced plot. The villa is only 650m from the sandy beach and it features an unimpeded view of the seaside, islands, and town of Omiš from its abundance of full-length windows through the living and sleeping area. It can accommodate 8 people in 4 en-suite bedrooms, with a fully equipped and modern kitchen, a well equipped Gym, Finnish Sauna and a Jacuzzi (a Hot-Tub) in a Spa zone, Sonos speakers for music lovers, a heated private pool and a very spacious living area with sea views from every corner of the property. Villa Andoris is a fully air-conditioned property (a Daikin heating, cooling, and, hot water solution that combine renewable and traditional energy sources, as an efficient and green solution), with free WiFi.

The sundeck area is spacious and offers several relaxing corners, 6 deck chairs, an outdoor Baldahin, a covered lounge corner, and an outdoor dining area with a Napoleon gas Grill with a kitchen worktop with a sink next to it. There is also an outdoor shower and an outdoor table tennis (garage level). The panoramic sea views from the pool area are breathtaking. The pool area can be directly approached from the Gym, Spa, Kitchen/living room, and Bedroom No.1.
