The property is located at the entrance of Cannigione, close to all services, even without a car. There is a pharmacy at about 250 m and a supermarket and a butcher about 350 m, while several stores, a church and markets lie at 600/700 m respectively. Cannigione offers many events throughout the year. Particularly in summer: festivals, concerts, festivals, tasting of typical dishes and fairs.
