The living space of the villa spans 175 sqm over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living/dining room with an open fireplace and TV, an office with a large desk and a beautiful view of the garden, an open kitchen in Provencal style with all the desirable features, as well as two cozy bedrooms, a shower room with toilet, and a guest toilet.
On the first floor, there is the master bedroom with large windows leading to a terrace with beautiful sea views, an en suite shower room with toilet, and another bedroom with sea views and a sink.
In front of the living areas, there is a spacious terrace with a large stone dining table, another dining set under a shady ramada, and a gas BBQ. A few steps down lead to the pool area with eight sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a very nice lounge seating group, and a free-form swimming pool approximately 11 x 4 m in size.
