Lassen Sie mich zunächst sagen, wie wunderschön und wunderschön das Haus ist. Die Aussicht vom Haus aus ist wirklich atemberaubend schön, märchenhaft!! Drinnen spürt man in allen Räumen die Geschichte, man kann sich vorstellen, wie das Leben hier einst war. Um zum Haus zu gelangen, muss man 1,5 km über eine ziemlich steile unbefestigte Straße hinaufgehen. Es ist Pflicht, zu Fuß zu gehen, da man sich sonst mit einem sehr verärgerten Bauern auseinandersetzen muss, der ebenfalls auf dieser Straße wohnt. Das Schwimmbad, das tatsächlich 100 Meter vom Haus entfernt liegt, kann zu Fuß über eine steile Straße erreicht werden. Der Pool ist perfekt! Vor allem, weil man dort auch das Gartenzimmer hat, in dem sich auch eine Toilette befindet, sodass man nicht immer den steilen Berg zum Haus erklimmen muss, um dort auf eine Toilette zu gehen. Obwohl das Haus wirklich schön ist, fände ich es fair, wenn in der Beschreibung darauf hingewiesen worden wäre, dass Duschen einfach nicht möglich ist, weil immer nur wenige Tropfen aus dem Wasserhahn kommen. Für den Betrag, den man für eine Woche bezahlt (3.500 Euro), kann man wirklich damit rechnen, duschen zu können. Wir hatten mit 11 Personen gebucht, gleich am ersten Tag haben wir noch Gläser und Besteck nachgekauft, weil nicht genug da war. Zum Beispiel gab es nur 1 scharfes Messer zum Schneiden von Fleisch und Gemüse. Als wir ankamen, erzählte uns die Dame, dass es im Haus so heiß sei, dass die 3 Schlafzimmer im obersten Stockwerk eigentlich unbenutzbar seien. Nicht sinnvoll, wenn Sie so viele sind, dass Sie jedes Schlafzimmer brauchen. Ich verstehe, dass es in einem so alten Haus keine Klimaanlage gibt. Aber kein Fan irgendwo ist unverständlich. Denn es stellte sich heraus, dass selbst die beiden Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss zu heiß zum Schlafen waren. Auch hier atmet das Haus Geschichte und das ist großartig. Wenn Sie jedoch ein wenig einfachen Komfort mögen, ist dieses Haus nicht das Richtige für Sie. Im Allgemeinen sah man, dass das Haus viele überfällige Wartungsarbeiten aufwies, undichte Heizungen, Steckdosen, die lose hingen und nicht funktionierten, und der Kellner von der Küche unten bis oben funktionierte nicht. Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, kann aber nur auf 1 Stufe genutzt werden und schleudert nicht usw. So viel möchte ich also sagen... dieses Haus buchen... da muss ich ehrlich sein, damit das jeder selbst entscheiden kann ob er oder sie minimalen Komfort für wichtig hält oder nicht. Vielleicht lässt es sich im Haus besser leben, zum Beispiel im Frühling oder Herbst. Wir waren im Juli dort.
