Großes Ferienhaus mit viel Platz, Parkplätze vorm Haus. Ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht.
Das Objekt ist soweit ok, aber manches ist in die Jahre gekommen und sollte erneuert oder wenigstens repariert werden. Die Kletteteinrichtung im Garten hat nicht viel Pflege erfahren, deswegen birgt sie ein gewisses Verletzungspotential. Genauso die Duscheinheit im Obergeschoss, Armatur und Sitzmöglichkeit muss dringend erneuert werden. Kopfkissen uns Bezüge sollten zusammen passen, Kleiderbügel sind nicht ausreichend vorhanden, 5 Stück für 3 Schränke. Der Schrank im Kinderzimmer hat eine defekte Rückwand.
DAS Elternschlafzimmer ist schön ruhig, aber die Kinder schlafen zur Strasse. Muss man mögen.
Stipshausen ist klein, zum Einkaufen muss man immer ein Stück fahren, war für uns ok.

Neben dem Haus befand sich ein Autoschrottplatz, der Nachbar war täglich damit beschäftigt, Lastwagen und Autos zu zerlegen. Es gab überhaupt keine Privatsphäre im Garten, Kinder und der Hund konnten nicht in den Garten gehen, weil das Unkraut hoch war und sie nicht wussten, was sich noch dort befand. Das Spielgerät hängt zusammen und die Schaukel hat einen Riss. Das Haus selbst war nicht gerade sauber, auf dem Satellitenreceiver, der ebenfalls in einem Schrank lag, lag ein Staubberg. Überall Spinnweben und Spinnen. Die Dampfkabine in der Dusche funktionierte nicht, der Sitz in der Dusche hatte einen Riss und die Haut steckte darin fest.
