Description

At the end of a cul-de-sac, on the most beautiful fenced plot you will find this cozy cottage. The house is everywhere with white wooden walls and in the living room light wooden floors. The living room and the bright kitchen, which was newly renovated with bright furniture in 2015, are in open connection with each other and there is a nice view out on the grounds, which is always for the children to play. From the living room there is also access to the covered terrace again included out on the plot. The house has several terraces, so there can always be a nice corner with shelter. From one bedroom there is an entrance to the bathroom, which however also has an entrance from the hallway. The bathroom is also bright and really welcoming. Free final cleaning!

Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:

Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.

Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.

Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.

Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
