Die Beschreibung bei der Buchung und die Realität bei der Ankunft unterschieden sich erheblich. Als wir Belvilla anriefen, wurde uns eine Telefonnummer mitgeteilt, bei der es sich um die Rezeption handelte, an der wir standen! Der spätere Telefonkontakt bestand darin, einen Teil der Beschreibung zu lesen, aber auf unsere Kommentare zu anderen Teilen der Beschreibung zu antworten, wurde ignoriert. Irgendwann brach der Kontakt ab (nicht von uns!).
