Alles an dieser Unterkunft ist nahezu perfekt.
- Ausgezeichneter Empfang (von einer holländischen Dame), sogar ein Willkommenspaket mit frischem Baguette und Käse, der auf die richtige Temperatur gebracht wurde.
- Unterkunft in einem fantastisch renovierten Bauernhaus, gut ausgestattete Küche, viel Platz (wir waren zwei Erwachsene und ein Baby, das hat man also schnell in einem Haus für mindestens sechs Personen), schöne, attraktive Veranda mit Gasgrill, geräumige Badezimmer mit gut funktionierende Anlagen. Wenn es Raum für Verbesserungen gibt, wäre ein Sofa im Wohnzimmer nicht fehl am Platz, es gibt jetzt 4 (bequeme!) Stühle.
- Außenbereich und Ausblick könnten kaum besser sein. Der Hof liegt auf einem sehr großen Grundstück (vom Haus aus kann man den Zaun nicht sehen), es gibt viele Zierblumen und Pflanzen, die gut gepflegt werden. Das Schwimmbad ist groß (10 Meter) und von dort aus hat man einen Blick auf das Dorf Issac (bestehend aus fünf Häusern, einer Kirche und einem Restaurant). Bequeme (und reichlich) Sonnenliegen. Große, attraktive Auffahrt mit Bäumen auf beiden Seiten.
- Umgebung sehr schön und ruhig. Wir sind fast jeden Tag gelaufen (sehr hügelig). Für Tagesausflüge eignen sich die Dörfer Périgueux (30 Autominuten) und Bergerac (ebenso weit) oder die Hunderte von Weinbergen rund um Bergerac (ebenso) gut. Im Umkreis von 15 Autominuten gibt es 2 sehr große Supermärkte.

Alles hat einen Vorbehalt. Wir hatten unerwartet Glück, dass das andere Ferienhaus (der Hof besteht aus zwei Häusern, die sich natürlich den Außenbereich teilen) während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht vermietet war. Wenn dies der Fall ist, müssen Sie das oben genannte Vermögen teilen. Das Gelände ist so angelegt, dass man sich kaum treffen muss, aber von der Veranda dieses Hauses aus werden Sie andere Benutzer des Schwimmbades, des Trampolins und der vielen Rasenflächen (denken Sie an Kinder) wahrscheinlich nicht übersehen spielen).
