From the house you can directly walk into the Istrian landscape, amongst woods, olive groves and find some of the most famous Istrian winemakers.
Several beautiful beaches, such as Cervar, can be reached in no more than 15 minutes by car.
In the nearby village of Vižinada, only 2 km from the house, there are two grocery stores, a bar, ATM and a post office. In the immediate vicinity there are several restaurants and farmhouses with an exceptional traditional Istrian cuisine.
