The 19th century typical Istrian stone house was enlarged with a modern wing and a swimming pool with garden studio for your summer holiday. The house has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms - with double beds, two large bathrooms, a separate toilet, a kitchen and a spacious living room with a fireplace and a huge window overlooking the garden

From the house you can directly walk into the Istrian landscape, amongst woods, olive groves and find some of the most famous Istrian winemakers.
Several beautiful beaches, such as Cervar, can be reached in no more than 15 minutes by car.
In the nearby village of Vižinada, only 2 km from the house, there are two grocery stores, a bar, ATM and a post office. In the immediate vicinity there are several restaurants and farmhouses with an exceptional traditional Istrian cuisine.
