Cancellation policy
The customer has the option to withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of occupancy. The withdrawal must be made in writing. In the event of such a withdrawal, compensation will be claimed:
• for withdrawal up to 60 days before the start of occupancy 30% of the total price.
• for withdrawal from the 59th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy 50% of the total price.
• for withdrawal from the 29th to the 1st day before the start of occupancy 80% of the total price.
If the booked property is not occupied without an explicit declaration of withdrawal, the customer remains obligated to pay the total price.
No claim for a refund arises from a later arrival and/or earlier departure.
The customer has the right to nominate a substitute participant who takes over the booked services in full.

Falcone is located near Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto, right by the sea in the middle of a spacious bay between Capo Milazzo and Capo Tindari, with the Aeolian Islands right in front. The Aeolian Islands can be reached hourly from the Portorosa marina (4 km) or Milazzo (30 km). The islands of Lipari, Vulcano, Stromboli, Panarea, Alicudi, Filicudi, and Salina are popular excursion destinations throughout the year. Also, visit the beautiful old town of Milazzo with its large castle complex, harbor promenade, and many shops of all kinds.
Only 50 meters away is the magnificent beach of Falcone. Nestled between the sea and a charming mountain landscape in the hinterland, the holiday apartment Casa Venerita is situated. It's ideal for a beach holiday by the sea or for sightseeing in Sicily, such as the volcano Etna. The mountains along the coast and in the hinterland are wonderful hiking areas in pristine nature. Bicycle or mountain bike enthusiasts can also look forward to delightful excursions. Motorcycle tours in Sicily are a real treat.
Several lidos (beach bars) await you at the long sandy beach of Falcone, where you can rent deck chairs and umbrellas. Various supermarkets, restaurants, and bars are within a short distance.
The nature reserve Laghetti di Marinello with what is probably the most beautiful sandy beach in Sicily is only 4 km away.
Sicily's largest marina, Portorosa, is located in Furnari. Several charter companies offer boats of all sizes. Also in Portorosa is a large pool complex, which can be used by anyone for a fee.
