We rent our self-occupied vacation apartment for a maximum of 6 weeks per year. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 x with large box spring bed and 1x 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have patio doors to the east terrace. Large living/dining area with floor to ceiling windows to private west facing garden. Knoll leather sofa, 2 additional armchairs and a dining table with 4 chairs. Storage room and single garage with a length of 7 meters. Kitchen fully equipped, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster etc.
For hot days there is air conditioning for the sleeping area.
The small residential complex has 2 pools with different water depth, well suited for children.
Please note: the square meters are according to ital. Norm
In the small complex there are 2 pools (one with lake view) and a jacuzzi with a view over the whole lake. The garden and the terrace belong to the apartment. In the garage can be parked a mid-size car and a Smart car at the same time.

There is nightlife in the neighboring towns like Bardolino (8 km). Albisano itself is completely quiet and not accessible for tourist buses because of the old town gate!
Torri del Benaco is located directly on the lake shore, the hamlet of Albisano is a small, original village with 4 restaurants, ice cream parlor, espresso bar and a small corner store. To the lake as the crow flies 2 km, via well maintained roads 4 km to the beach.
If arriving via the A22 freeway (east side of Lake Garda), it is recommended to take the Affi exit.
The nearest airport is Verona.
Arrival by train is possible to Peschiera del Garda. From there by bus or cab to Albisano.
