Our holiday home is situated in a 1000 sqm garden right by the sea. The apartment for rent is modern and comfortably furnished, featuring a private pool, air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom, as well as all the amenities needed for an unforgettable stay. The apartment is close to both the town and the beach, while still offering a peaceful holiday retreat.
The cozy apartment with one bedroom, living room, shower room with two sinks, and a kitchen can accommodate two people. Additionally, two extra beds for children can be provided. The large terrace, accessible only from the apartment, can be shaded by a pergola.
The apartment is fully equipped. If you enjoy cooking, you will love our fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc., turning cooking into a holiday delight. Here you can serve a magical breakfast, lunch, or dinner. A large, separate storage room houses a washing machine. For drying clothes, there is an outdoor rotary clothesline. Of course, satellite TV with German channels is available. Electric heating ensures cozy warmth on cooler days.
The large pool (8 x 4 m) provides refreshment on hot days. The pool water is maintained through a combination of salt and chlorine, making it a pleasant experience. Additionally, a pool maintenance service comes once or twice a week for cleaning and to check the water quality. In front of the pool, there is a large terrace with an outdoor shower, sun loungers, and a table. A large parasol for shade is also provided.
The entire property is fenced and secured. Under the carport, two cars can be parked.

Stroll through the enchanting, colorful old town of Calpe, where you must not miss the vibrant steps of Carrer de Puchalt. The Plaça de la Villa and the surrounding alleys will captivate you with their colorful murals and beautiful wall mosaics. Also worth seeing is the Torreó de la Peça, a well-preserved bastion from the 13th to 14th century.
Calpe is a town on the Spanish Mediterranean coast known for its beaches. Along the seafront promenade is the Roman site Baños de la Reina, with queen's baths carved out of the rocks. To the east on a peninsula stands the Penyal d’Ifac, a massive limestone rock inhabited by numerous bird species.
Also noteworthy is the salt lake, probably dating back to Roman times, teeming with countless flamingos. Located on the edge of the town, this natural landscape serves as a resting place for many migratory birds.
You can arrive by plane via the airport in Alicante (distance from the holiday home about 76.7 km), the airport in Valencia (distance from the holiday home about 130 km), or by your own car.
