Cancellation policy
In the event of a rental withdrawal from the agreed rental contract, the following cancellation fees must be paid by the tenant - unless otherwise stated in the rental agreement:
• from the start of the binding rental agreement up to 30 days before arrival: 30% of the net rental price
• from 30 days before arrival: 95% of the net rental price
• "No Show" or termination of the rental during the agreed rental period: 100% of the net rental price

Cannobio (approx. 5,100 inhabitants) is a lively town and one of the most significant tourist centers on Lake Maggiore. This picturesque place has very ancient origins, with its history reflected in the "Palazzi" of different eras. The beautiful lakeside promenade, with its old harbor and abundance of shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars, invites you to linger and relax. Particularly attractive is the public beach resort with its spacious lawn (grass and sand), where you can find shade under the trees in the summer; this beach is wonderfully suitable for children.
