In the event of a rental withdrawal from the agreed rental contract, the following cancellation fees must be paid by the renter - unless otherwise stated in the rental agreement:
• from the start of the binding rental agreement up to 30 days before arrival: 30% of the net rental price
• from 30 days before arrival: 95% of the net rental price
• "No Show" or rental termination during the agreed rental period: 100% of the net rental price

Cannobio (approx. 5,100 inhabitants) is a lively town and one of the most important tourist centers on Lake Maggiore. This picturesque place has very ancient origins, reflected in the "Palazzi" of different eras. The beautiful lakeside promenade with the old harbor and its abundance of shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars is perfect for strolling and relaxing. The public beach with its spacious lawn (grass and sand) is especially attractive, offering shade under the trees in the summer; it is particularly suitable for children. Water sports enthusiasts will enjoy the variety of water sports equipment available for rent: surfboards, motorboats, pedal boats, etc. Cannobio also offers other sports facilities: a sports field with an athletics track, sailing club, tennis courts, bocce courts, mini-golf, children's playground, and more. The proximity to well-known places like Locarno and Ascona, with their annual international film and jazz festivals, adds to the recreational opportunities.
