Cancellation policy
In the event of a rental withdrawal from the entered rental agreement, the following cancellation fees must be paid by the renter - unless otherwise stated in the rental contract:
• from the start of the binding rental agreement up to 30 days before arrival: 30% of the net rental price
• from 30 days before arrival: 95% of the net rental price
• "No Show" or rental termination during the agreed rental period: 100% of the net rental price

Cannobio (approx. 5,100 inhabitants) is a lively town and one of the most significant tourist centers on Lake Maggiore. This picturesque place has very ancient origins, reflected in the "Palazzi" from different eras. The beautiful lakeside promenade, with its old harbor and abundance of shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars, invites you to linger and relax. The public beach with its spacious lawn (grass and sand) is especially attractive, where you can find shade under the trees in the summer; it is particularly suitable for children. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy renting various water sports equipment: surfboards, motorboats, pedal boats, etc. Cannobio also offers other sports facilities: an athletic track, sailing club, tennis courts, bocce courts, mini-golf, children's playground, etc. Proximity to well-known places like Locarno and Ascona, with their annual international film and jazz festivals, expands the recreational offerings.
