Cancellation policy
The tenant may cancel the rental contract at any time before the start of the journey. Cancellation must be made in writing by email or post. The date of receipt of the cancellation is decisive. Online bookings can only be cancelled via the booked online portal. The tenant has to compensate the landlord's loss of rent amounting to 90% of the rental price if the holiday flat cannot be rented out or can only be rented out at worse conditions. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. In the event of cancellation, a cancellation/handling fee of 60.00 euros will be charged.

Other recreational opportunities
The Multimar Wattforum in Tönning is particularly exciting for children. At the harbour in Tönning you can sit comfortably in a café or restaurant and watch the historic harbour. Mudflat walks are possible in the area and boat trips to the seal banks. A bathing beach and open-air seawater pool complete the offer.
Holiday destination
From the holiday home you can walk to the historic harbour of Tönning, the Multimar Wattforum and several shopping facilities such as Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, Rossmann and Kik and a charging station for electric vehicles. Directly in the street is the Mühlenbäcker, the best bakery in the area. You can quickly reach the beach in St.-Peter Ording (20min.), the most beautiful sandy beach in Denmark Rømø (80min.), Hamburg, the Baltic Sea (70min.) and the North Sea islands Pellworm, Amrum, Föhr and Sylt.
Getting there
From the south via Hamburg: From the motorway junction (25) Hamburg-Nordwest, take the A23 towards Heide/Husum until you reach the Heide-West junction and then take the B5 and the B202 to Tönning.
From the north (Denmark/Niebüll): Follow the B5 from Niebüll in the direction of Husum. Before Tönning, turn right onto the B202 and follow this road.
