Quinta Oliveira is a luxury semi-detached villa that has been recently renovated. The base consists of a living room with access to the terraces in the garden and a swimming pool of 4 x 12 meters, a luxury kitchen with all modern conveniences, 3 bedrooms with two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. There are lovely sunny spacious terraces with plenty of privacy and a private swimming pool overlooking an orchard with olive, almond and orange trees.
All spacious rooms have air conditioning and underfloor heating for the winter months. The higher living room has a wood burner and offers a beautiful view over the valley with the sea in the distance.
This house has recently been converted from a ruin into a lovely holiday home with a total of 3 spacious bedrooms and space for 6 people. The modern and bright decor provides a welcoming environment for a relaxing holiday in the Algarve. In the nicely furnished living room there is a comfortable sofa so that the very rare rainy days or winter periods can also be comfortably spent. The living room has widescreen television. The living area and bedrooms have air conditioning and there is underfloor heating throughout the house. There is of course also a wireless internet connection.
The handmade kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, Smeg induction stove and a Nespresso machine. A washing machine is available. The sunny, located living and kitchen area has full glass sliding doors of 6 x 2.40 meters that provide access to the terrace and swimming pool. The stylish decor, wooden ceilings and tiled floors make the rooms very attractive.

The rural location on the south, between vast fields full of almond, orange, carob and olive trees, but with the airport, interesting cities, villages and beautiful beaches within 15 to 30 minutes drive, offers peace and space.
Quinta Oliveira is located on a quiet, paved country road. A stone wall completely separates the house from the entrance and offers a lot of privacy. The south-facing garden has a spacious private swimming pool with comfortable sun beds and umbrellas and overlooks an orchard, green valley with a beautiful sea view in the distance.
On the covered terrace in front of the living room there is a large dining table for long evenings with friends and family. Here you can relax in the shade on hot days and enjoy a grilled fish that you can prepare on the available barbecue. The outdoor area offers a seating area and sunbeds. Children have plenty of space to play.
Boliqueime is a hidden gem of the Algarve. The central location in the beautiful hinterland, away from the crowds and mass tourism, offers the opportunity to discover the real Portuguese life and yet the airport, the larger cities in the area, shopping centers and the beach can be reached within a maximum of 30 minutes by car. The house is located in the countryside, in the Estrela Montes area, a 10-minute drive from Boliqueime, where you will find a bank, pharmacy, supermarket and a number of restaurants. Loulé, with its beautiful covered vegetable, fruit and fish market, is a 20-minute drive away. On Saturday mornings there is a farmers market around the market building which is worth checking out.

Payment
When booking you will receive the rental contract, confirmation and directions. The reservation is only final after payment of 30% of the rent. The remaining amount must be paid, including the above-mentioned deposit, 8 weeks before arrival in Portugal.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 50% of the rent
b. in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.
