Cancellation policy

For cancellations up to (including) 60 days before the planned arrival, the total amount paid will be refunded. For cancellations up to (including) 30 days before the planned arrival, 30% of the total amount paid will be refunded. For cancellations up to (including) 29 days before the planned arrival, the amount paid will not be refunded. For reservations made 30 days or earlier before the start of the rental, the following conditions apply: An advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total contracted rental price is due immediately if a credit card is chosen as the payment method. If the guest decides to make a bank transfer, the advance payment must be received in AMMIVILLAS within 3 (three) days; The rest of 70% of the contracted rental price is due no later than 30 (thirty) days before the start of the rental, provided that payment is made by credit card or bank transfer. If cash payment is selected (for villas where this option is accepted, which will be specified during the booking process), the remaining 70% of the rent is due immediately upon the guest’s arrival, allowing the guest to pay the appropriate amount directly to the owner/host. Cashless payment is not possible in the villas. The full rental amount is due IMMEDIATELY when paying by credit card or bank transfer. Bank transfer cannot be selected as a payment option if there are less than 15 days left between the day of reservation and the day of arrival. If the guest decides to pay part of the agreed rental price in cash (for villas in which this option is accepted, which is indicated at the time of reservation), an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the full rental price is due IMMEDIATELY, while the remaining 70% is paid upon the guest’s arrival . Cashless payment is not possible in the villas.
