Cancellation policy
Within 24 hours of receiving the reservation confirmation, cancellation is free of charge. In the event of cancellation of a reservation, cancellation fees must be paid. These amounts are 15% if the cancellation is made up to three months before the day of arrival, 50% between two and three months before the day of arrival, 75% between one and two months before the day of arrival, 90% if cancellation is made up to one month before the day of arrival, and 95% if the cancellation is made on the day of arrival of the total price.

The chalet is located in the holiday park "Marina Strandbad" in Olburgen, Gelderland. The park is surrounded by beautiful nature and historic Hanseatic towns. The diverse recreational opportunities of the park and the surrounding area make it very interesting for both sporty active guests and those seeking peace and quiet.
The park is situated directly on a 5 km long branch of the Ijssel river, which, due to its mild current, is perfect for swimming or canoeing. The park features its own bathing bay with a sandy beach and a private marina.
Guest moorings can be rented through the lobby.
License-free motorboats, kayaks, SUPs, bicycles, and electric scooters can also be rented in the park.
