The tenant can cancel the contract at any time. The cancellation must be made in writing. In the event of cancellation, the tenant is obligated to compensate the landlord for any damage incurred:
• if cancellation occurs up to 60 days before the start of occupancy, 30% of the total price,
• if cancellation occurs from the 59th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy, 50% of the total price,
• if cancellation occurs from the 29th to the 1st day before the start of occupancy, 80% of the total price.
The date of receipt of the notification is what counts.

The holiday home is located on the outskirts of the well-known seaside resort Marina di Ragusa. The beautiful beaches and promenade can be reached in just a few minutes by car, as well as the center with its restaurants and bars.
Sicily is rich in cultural sites: Syracuse, Agrigento, Val di Noto, the Baroque cities, and the mosaics of Villa Romana are waiting for your visit.
Do you enjoy good wines? Then you can visit the many wineries and participate in wine tastings. In the harbor, you can enjoy unique sunsets.
Getting there
You can arrive by plane to either Catania or Comiso airports. Car rental services are available at both airports. It is recommended to book your rental car from home in advance.
If you prefer to travel by car, you can drive to the southern tip of Italy and take the ferry from Messina, or you can board the ferry in Livorno or Genoa and enjoy a leisurely trip to Palermo.

Ein kurzfristiger Urlaub hat uns in die Villa Lorena geführt: ein wunderschönes Haus mit phantastischem Meerblick, großem, sehr gepflegten Grundstück und einem tollen Salzwasserpool.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Relaxen auf der Terrasse, das Ernten der Zitronen und das Zubereiten italienischer Spezialitäten auf dem Barbecue-Grill haben unser Wohlbefinden abgerundet.
Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Bettwäsche blütenweiß und alles sehr, sehr sauber.
Aus dem kurzen Spontanurlaub wird bestimmt demnächst ein längerer Urlaub in der Villa Lorena geplant werden.
Kurzum: alles bestens, unbedingt zu empfehlen und danke an Gabriele für die freundliche Betreuung.

Wir hatten wunderschöne 12 Tage in der Villa Lorena. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wer Erholung und Ruhe sucht, ist dort genau richtig. Der Pool hatte es uns ganz besonders angetan. Man konnte richtige Strecken schwimmen und dabei aufs Meer blicken.
Durch die großzügige Küche und die wunderbaren Lebensmittel auf Sizilien haben wir fast jeden Abend gekocht und den Abend mit Blick aufs Meer ausklingen lassen. Vielen, lieben Dank an unsere herzliche Gastgeberin Gabriele, welche immer zu erreichen war.
