Holiday destination
The chalet is a 5-minute walk from the village centre of Schönried, with shops and the train station.
The skiing and hiking area of Horneggli and Rellerli can also be reached on foot within a few minutes. Schönried's local mountain, "Horneggli" gives you access to the largest skiing and hiking area in the region. With more than 105 kilometres of pistes in the winter and attractive ridge walk and high-altitude hikes in the summer the Schönrieder mountain connects Saanenmöser, Zweisimmen and St. Stephan. The famous village of Gstaad is a leisurely 20-minute walk away or 5 minutes by car.
Schönried is at the heart of the picturesque Saanenland that is an equal treat to nature lovers, sports enthusiasts, those looking for quiet and those looking to socialise.

This apartment is located in an excellent position. Completely private and extremely quiet yet only a few minutes walk from shops and the train station. The view from the apartment is spectacular.
The position is excellent for hiking, skiing or just a relaxing holiday. The apartment is very spacious and beds are very comfortable. There is an abundance of towels. The kitchen is excellently equipped with everything possibly needed for cooking, baking etc available. The apartment itself is fully equipped even including board games and puzzles. Highly recommended for long term or short term stays. We stayed 3 weeks and didn't want to go home. Would definitely come and stay again.
