Welcome to our lovingly restored Eifel farmhouse.
Here, in our beautiful Vulkaneifel, "Jehöschnis" means a special feeling that is best described as "cozy" and "cozy". Here in our small, idyllic Gees near Gerolstein, we look forward to welcoming you to our historic farmhouse. The farmhouse (Anno 1648) was completely renovated by us in 1990 and previously housed our great-great-grandparents, great-grandparents, grandparents and parents. At the beginning of 2023 we decided to convert our granny flat into a holiday apartment. Our lovingly and comfortably furnished holiday apartment offers 55 square meters of space for 2 people (max. 3 people). Your feel-good factor is our top priority here.
In addition, the apartment has a separate entrance, which connects directly to your private garden area with a biotope and a cozy barbecue lounge. Here you can relax after an eventful day on additional sun loungers and enjoy nature.
Hinweis zum Gästebeitrag: Zur Förderung des regionalen Tourismus zahlen Übernachtungsgäste in Beherbergungsbetrieben der Verbandsgemeinde Gerolstein seit dem 01.01.2024 einen Gästebeitrag von 0,75 Euro pro Person und Nacht. Beitragsbefreit sind Kinder von 0-5 Jahren und Geschäfts- und Bildungsreisende.
Der Gästebeitrag ist nicht im Buchungspreis inkludiert, wird von der Unterkunft separat erhoben und an die Verbandsgemeinde Gerolstein weitergeleitet.

Im Preis sind alle Nebenkosten, wie Strom, Wasser, Heizung, WLAN, Waschtrocknernutzung, Parkplatz und die Endreinigung sowie die Bettwäsche inbegriffen. Zudem werden jedem Gast jeweils 2 Handtücher, 2 Gästetücher, 1 Waschhandschuh sowie 1 Duschhandtuch zur Verfügung gestellt.
Des Weiteren stehen für Sie Mehl, Zucker, Salz, Kaffee, Tee, Kakao, Gewürze, Spülmaschinentabs, Spülmittel, Spültücher, Geschirrtücher, Papiertücher, Waschmittel, Seife, Duschutensilien, Toilettenpapier und Kosmetiktücher bereit. Unsere Ferienwohnung wird als Nichtraucherwohnung geführt. Mit Rücksicht auf unsere nachfolgenden Gäste bitten wir Sie aus diesem Grund um Verständnis.
