The Villa Belinda with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is located in the preferred southwest of Cape Coral on one of the numerous canals of the "Venice of America".
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen.

Outside you will find a beautiful pool and a covered area with a dining table and 6 chairs.
Due to the southern exposure you have many hours of sunshine to relax on the comfortable loungers or to swim. And if it gets too warm, you can simply retreat under the covered area and enjoy the view of the greenery and the canal.
Trips to Miami, Orlando (Universal Studios, Disney World and Seaworld, Kennedy Space Center), to the Everglades or to Key West are recommended due to Cape Coral's central location.
The offshore islands, Sanibel and Captiva, with their miles of white sandy beaches, as well as Pine Island are ideal destinations for excursions by boat or car.
Travel time from Fort Myers International Airport to the villa is approximately 40 minutes.
2.5 hours from Miami, 2 hours from Tampa or 3 hours from Orlando.
