The guest may cancel the contract at any time before the start of occupancy. In the event of a cancellation up to 61 days before the start of the trip, a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental price is due. If the cancellation occurs between 60 and 31 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. For a later cancellation, the fee is 90% of the rental price. In the case of goodwill arrangements (e.g., for short-term rebookings, voucher conversions, etc.), different cancellation rates apply. If the trip is not commenced, the entire rental price will be charged minus services not utilized, provided these are not included in the daily or weekly price as a flat rate according to the price list.
