Holiday destination
A parking space for you is located in the courtyard directly in front of the accommodation. Additional parking can be found immediately along the roadside outside the property. Through the garden behind the house, you reach a viewing platform - right at the edge of the forest - with garden furniture and a spectacular view of the surrounding mountain peaks Mittagskogel (2145m), Dobratsch (2166m) & Gerlitzen (1909m), and of course, the Drau river. This viewing terrace can be used at any time. In the garden, there is also plenty of fun to be had sliding, climbing, and swinging. A brilliant swing right by the viewing platform has taught me one thing: adults don't swing enough. It's high time to change that. When was the last time you swung really high?
By car, you can reach

In the immediate vicinity, there are great walking paths. But the location is also optimal as a starting point for hiking tours, mountain tours, or bike rides through the Carinthian lake region.
Although there is a bus stop in the village, buses are far too infrequent. ;) Consequently, I ask you not to rely too much on public transport. Going without a car here is definitely not very easy, unless you feel very attached to your bicycle.

Eine absolute 5*Unterkunft, die man mit gutem Gefühl weiterempfehlen kann.
Wir (mein Freund und ich) haben uns mit unserem Hund sofort dort wohl gefühlt. Mareike und ihre kleine Familie haben uns total lieb begrüßt. Sogar ein paar Kleinigkeiten lagen für uns und unseren Hund bereit. Darüber hatten wir uns ganz besonders gefreut.
Die Wohnung war absolut top eingerichtet, es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Man fühlte sich direkt wie zu Hause. Es war wirklich wie heim kommen.
Am liebsten saß ich am Küchentisch mit einem unheimlich tollen Blick auf den Fluss und die Natur.
Danke für die tolle Zeit, die netten Gespräche, die super Empfehlungen für Ausflüge und vieles mehr.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Und bis dahin schwelgen wir in traumhaften Erinnerungen an eine ganz besondere Woche.
