The idyllic exterior of the property is perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. In the extensive and well-kept garden you will find a private salt swimming pool with dimensions of 10 x 5 m with a depth range from 1.6 to 2.4 m. In addition, there is also a jacuzzi where you can unwind at the end of the day. Surrounding it, there are sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, a barbecue and several furnished and prepared areas for you to enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. Moreover, there is also an outdoor bathroom, a ping pong table, several playgrounds for the little ones and a place to store bicycles. In this house you will be able to enjoy total privacy.
The modern interior of the two-storey house is tastefully decorated and designed to give you the rest you deserve. On the main floor, equipped with AC and TV with satellite channels, the bright living-dining room leads to the kitchen, which has induction and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. On the same floor there is a separate bathroom with bathtub and two bedrooms, both with AC and heating. One of them has a double bed, while the other has a trundle bed. A spiral staircase leads to the top floor, where the last bedroom is located. This bedroom has a double bed, en suite bathroom with shower, AC, heating and a private terrace from where you can enjoy fantastic views of the Mallorcan countryside. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
