The outside of the house is perfect for relaxing and unwinding with a dip in the private chlorine pool after a day's excursions around the island. The pool is elevated and measures 5m x 2.5m with a continuous depth of 1.40m. You can also cool off in the outdoor shower and then prepare a delicious barbecue in the outdoor kitchen area or relax with a drink on the terrace of the house. The property is located within the village and there are neighbours nearby.
The beautiful three-storey house has a traditional style and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The ground floor offers an air-conditioned living room with Smart TV with satellite channels and DVD; another dining room with beautiful views of the Tramuntana mountains; the kitchen, which has a gas cooker; two bedrooms with twin beds; and a bathroom with a shower. There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
