The property's exteriors are ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. In the extensive garden you will find a private salt swimming pool, with dimensions of 11 x 5 m and a depth range of between 1.6 and 2.2 m, which will undoubtedly be perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. All around there are sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, a barbecue and a furnished porch where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. The property is fenced and offers total privacy.
Distributed on two floors, the modern and luminous interior of the property is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the main floor you will find a spacious living-dining room with fireplace, AC and Smart TV with satellite channels, which also leads to the kitchen, equipped with induction hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. On the same floor there are three bedrooms with double bed, AC, heating and access to the garden and two bathrooms with shower, one of them en suite. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find the last bedroom with double bed, AC, heating, working space and access to a private terrace. In the basement you will find an additional bathroom with shower. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and high chair.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55 euro/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 euro/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
