In this brand new well-carved guest house on the owner's plot, you are welcomed to the bright and fresh little accommodation with the proximity to fantastic nature, sea bathing and Sölvesborg's small-town idyll. From the parking lot in front of the right-hand garage door, a paved path along the house wall leads you to your vacation home. On the lawn outside the entrance, there is garden furniture with parasols for lovely shade on the hottest days. The house is large enough for 4 people but has a 120 cm wide sofa bed as an extra bed in the living room where there is also a wall mounted TV with Chromecast. Upstairs is a sleeping loft with a double bed. In the kitchenette, which consists of an induction cooker and microwave, there is also a kettle and toaster available. Bedroom with two single beds inside the kitchen area. The fully tiled bathroom has a spacious shower. In front of the sofa bed is a coffee table with fold-up flaps for a larger table surface. From here you have the perfect starting point to discover all of Blekinge and Skåne's excursion destinations and attractions. By bike or on foot, the easiest way to get to the city center is via the spectacular Sölvesborg bridge, a 760m pedestrian and bicycle bridge, for restaurant visits or shopping. Many beautiful white sand beaches to enjoy the holiday on along the Listerlandet coast. Or why not take the boat from Nogersund out to Hanö, which is a nature reserve with a peculiar nature. For an evening dip from the jetty, you can take just a few minutes to Ohället, which Sölvevikens Båtklubb is called, a real gem where you can also enjoy the sunset over Sölvesborg. Der Kunde kann bis zum Beginn des Ferienhausaufenthaltes jederzeit durch Erklärung gegenüber DC von seinem Vertrag zurücktreten. Tritt der Kunde von dem Vertrag zurück oder tritt er den Aufenthalt nicht an, so kann DC Ersatz für die von DC getroffenen Vorkehrungen für den Ferienhausaufenthalt und für DC’s Aufwendungen verlangen. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
