With a magnificent view out towards the Tisnaren, this cottage, built in classic 1960s design, has been modernized, with some typical details preserved. Already in the entrance you are greeted by the beautiful view of the lake. A living room with large windows facing the lake and a fireplace, and in the other part is the dining area with an adjoining kitchen. Three bedrooms, with a double bed, a bed that can be pulled out to a double bed and two single beds. The bathroom is fresh and equipped with a shower and washing machine. Adjacent to the house there is also a guest house with a bunk bed where the lower bed is wider, works for two to three people. Outside, you have several wonderful places to sit, both under roofs and parasols, as well as completely out in the open. Regardless of where you choose to sit, you have a panoramic view of the water. It is fine to swim directly below the house where there is a bathing ladder into the water, as well as a swimming raft. The path down to the water is steep and not the most suitable for small children. On the dock boat you can hang on to a motor and go out on the lake for a swim or why not have a picnic at sunset. Lytterstabadet, which is located one kilometer from the cottage, is a very popular bathing spot that has both shallow beaches, a jetty and a playground and toilets. If you want to grill, there is a good barbecue area available for use by the bath's visitors. A sauna with changing room and shower that is open a couple of afternoons a week can be used for a small fee. You are close to Vingåker where you have a good range of most things you could possibly need. If you are a golfer, Vingåkers Golf Club is about 15 minutes away by car. You bring your own sheets and towels, but final cleaning is included when you rent this house. You buy wood for the fireplace at Circle K inside Vingåker.

Der Kunde kann bis zum Beginn des Ferienhausaufenthaltes jederzeit durch Erklärung gegenüber DC von seinem Vertrag zurücktreten. Tritt der Kunde von dem Vertrag zurück oder tritt er den Aufenthalt nicht an, so kann DC Ersatz für die von DC getroffenen Vorkehrungen für den Ferienhausaufenthalt und für DC’s Aufwendungen verlangen. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
